We are often looking for volunteers with computer skills, social media ‘know-how’ and marketing talents who can assist with office assignments, special projects or simple, grassroots awareness campaigns.

The volunteer needs of Durward’s Glen change from time to time and depending on the season, trail and garden maintenance projects are ongoing.

2025 Volunteer In Residency Program
In exchange for 15 hours of assigned work per week, the selected volunteer in residency will receive:
A primitive, rustic, and private summer retreat in The Hermitage.
Gorgeous setting on a 37-acre private property set in the Baraboo Hills.
Access to tools & equipment
Depending on skill set, contributions could also include general maintenance, digital projects, and housekeeping.
Volunteer In Residency Program will be flexible, but could be open from April 2025 through September 2025.
